Job Responsibilities
As a Warmindo Team Leader, you will act as the main point of coordination during working hours, ensuring that daily operations run according to schedule and service standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supervising outlet staff during operating hours to ensure service runs smoothly.
- Coordinating daily tasks such as preparation, cooking flow, serving, and cleanliness of the outlet.
- Monitoring stock and basic supplies, and reporting needs to the management.
- Ensuring customers receive friendly, fast, and consistent service.
- Maintaining discipline among team members, including attendance and adherence to working hours.
- Handling minor operational issues promptly and escalating larger concerns to management.
- Keeping the work area clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
- Supporting cash handling and daily sales reporting when required.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are responsible, hardworking, and able to lead by example. The following qualifications are required:
- Female, maximum 25 years old.
- Minimum education: currently studying or a university graduate (D3/D4 preferred).
- Disciplined, honest, and responsible.
- High work enthusiasm and motivation.
- Not a complainer — able to stay positive and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Restaurant coordination skills, including the ability to organize team tasks and workflows.

Working Hours and Conditions
This position follows a fixed schedule that supports consistency and work-life balance planning:
- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
- Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00.
