Sundate Cafe is currently hiring a friendly and dependable Waitress to join our front-of-house team. The role is based at our café and follows a Tuesday to Sunday schedule, with working hours from 12:00 to 22:00. Job Responsibilities
As a Waitress at Sundate Cafe, you will be the face of our service team, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well cared for. Your daily duties will include:
- Greeting customers warmly and escorting them to their tables
- Presenting menus and providing clear information about food and beverage items
- Taking customer orders accurately and relaying them to the kitchen and bar team
- Serving food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Checking on guests throughout their visit to ensure satisfaction
- Handling customer requests, questions, and complaints politely and professionally
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of tables, chairs, and the dining area
- Preparing tables for new guests, including resetting cutlery and condiments
- Assisting with basic opening and closing duties as needed
- Coordinating with the kitchen and other team members to keep service running smoothly
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Female, aged 19 to 25 years old
- Minimum education: SMA / SMK / equivalent
- Graduates of SMK Perhotelan (Hospitality) are preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred
- Friendly, polite, well-groomed, and clean in appearance
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to interact with customers confidently and courteously
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced café environment
- Non-smoker and does not use vape
- Willing and available to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays

- Competitive salary between IDR 1,800,000 and IDR 2,000,000 per month
- Fixed working schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 12:00 to 22:00
