As a Waiter at Kopinan 24, you will be the face of our outlet, directly interacting with customers and ensuring they feel welcome from the moment they arrive until they leave. This role is ideal for candidates who are energetic, communicative, and committed to delivering excellent service. We welcome fresh graduates and entry-level candidates who are eager to learn, as well as experienced individuals looking for a supportive workplace. Our working days run from Monday to Saturday, with operational hours from 08:00 to 17:00, giving you a stable schedule to balance work and personal life.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the outlet.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen or bar team.
- Serve orders promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of tables, chairs, and the dining area at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and courteously.
- Process payments and coordinate with the cashier when needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures set by the company.
Requirements
- Male or female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong passion for the food and beverage industry.
- Preferably domiciled near the outlet location in Cepu.
- Able to work both in a team and independently.
- Capable of working under pressure during busy hours.
- High initiative and a proactive attitude.
- Good customer service skills and communication skills.
