Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers to verify their personal and financial data accurately.
- Offer and promote financial products to potential customers over the phone in a clear and professional manner.
- Complete application forms using the designated computer programs provided by the company.
- Ensure that all application data is filled in completely and accurately without missing information.
- Follow up promptly on customers who have registered or shown interest to ensure a smooth and responsive process.
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone throughout all customer interactions.
- Meet daily call and verification targets as set by the team leader or supervisor.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 35 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong willingness to achieve targets (target-oriented person).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
- Not currently enrolled as an active university student.
- Quick learner who can follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
- Diligent, disciplined, and responsible in carrying out job duties.
- Willing to be placed in West Jakarta or Central Jakarta.
- Basic computer skills to operate application forms and internal systems.
Work Schedule and Environment
The Telemarketing Officer role operates from Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. You will be working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where communication and teamwork are highly valued.
