PT Satwa Agrapana Palugada is currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Technical Support Representative to join our growing team in Tangerang Selatan. This role is ideal for a veterinary professional who is passionate about animal health and enjoys combining technical expertise with direct client interaction. As a Technical Support Representative, you will serve as the frontline expert for our animal health products, providing professional guidance to customers while supporting our sales and distribution efforts in the field.
In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical assistance to clients, including veterinary clinics, pet shops, farms, and individual customers. You will also play a key role in promoting our animal health product lines, building strong relationships with business partners, and ensuring that our customers receive accurate, timely, and practical solutions for their animal health needs. This is a field-based role that requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of veterinary medicine, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and product consultation to customers regarding animal health and veterinary medicine products.
- Actively promote and sell animal health products to veterinary clinics, pet shops, farms, and other potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients when required.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions based on veterinary best practices.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to support business development strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer visits, and technical support cases.
- Collaborate closely with the internal sales and technical teams to achieve company targets.
Requirements
- Male or Female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Veterinary Medicine or Professional Veterinary Doctor (Dokter Hewan) program.
- At least 1 year of experience in animal health product sales or a related field.
- Possession of a valid SIM A driving license is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and conduct field visits as part of daily responsibilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and professional attitude.
Working Schedule
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00
