Job Responsibilities
As a Tea Barista at KOI Cafe, you will be the face of the brand for every customer who walks through the door. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of tea-based and coffee beverages according to company recipes and quality standards
- Operating brewing and beverage-making equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the bar, seating, and preparation areas
- Managing ingredient stock and reporting shortages to the outlet supervisor
- Greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and handling cash or digital payments
- Ensuring every drink is presented consistently in terms of taste, appearance, and portion size
- Following all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures set by the company
- Supporting teammates during peak hours to keep service fast and smooth
Requirements and Qualifications
This role is designed for candidates who are eager to learn and grow within the food and beverage industry. The following qualifications are required:
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Open to all genders
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Barista skills, including basic beverage preparation and equipment handling
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00
