Rumah Kita Lombok Cafe Syariah & Moslem Distro Store is currently looking for a dedicated and responsible Store Attendant to join our team. As a Store Attendant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our retail store while providing excellent service to our customers. The position offers a competitive salary range of IDR 2,300,000 to IDR 3,500,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Responsibilities
As a Store Attendant at Rumah Kita Lombok, your daily duties will include:
- Greeting customers warmly and assisting them in finding products that meet their needs
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, including product displays and shelves
- Managing inventory by checking stock levels and reporting any shortages to the supervisor
- Processing sales transactions accurately using the store’s management system
- Arranging and restocking merchandise to ensure attractive product presentation
- Providing information about products, promotions, and store policies to customers
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner
- Ensuring the store environment remains comfortable and welcoming for all visitors
- Collaborating with team members to achieve daily operational targets
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this Store Attendant position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Male Muslim candidates only
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Maximum age: 0 years (as per company policy)
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (store attendant, retail staff, or related position)
- Non-smoker and not currently in a romantic relationship
- Diligent in performing religious duties and prayers
- Own a personal vehicle (motorcycle or car) for commuting
- Preferably living close to the work location in Lombok
- Familiar with store management systems and basic retail operations
- Good communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Honest, disciplined, and reliable
Work Schedule and Environment
The Store Attendant will work from Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00. The work environment is a sharia-compliant cafe and distro store, meaning all operations follow Islamic principles. You will be part of a supportive team that values religious commitment, personal integrity, and professional growth. The store is located in Lombok, and candidates who live nearby are given priority to ensure punctuality and ease of commuting.
