KSA Group is currently looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to join our operational team as a Staff Quality Surveyor. This role is integral to maintaining the smooth flow of our supply chain and ensuring that all logistical and quality standards are met across our project sites. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of materials and goods, from procurement to distribution, while ensuring that every item meets the rigorous quality benchmarks set by our organization. Key Responsibilities
As a Staff Quality Surveyor, your daily activities will revolve around the meticulous management of resources and quality control. You will be expected to:
- Manage and monitor the end-to-end procurement flow, including the receiving, storing, and distribution of logistics materials.
- Conduct regular stock opname activities and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all incoming and outgoing goods to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate effectively with field teams, the purchasing department, and external vendors regarding material requirements and order placements.
- Inspect and verify the quality and quantity of incoming materials to ensure they align with project specifications and company standards.
- Ensure that all storage areas are organized, safe, and compliant with standard operating procedures for inventory management.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on inventory status and logistics performance for management review.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate a blend of technical knowledge and practical experience in logistics and quality assurance. We are looking for someone who is proactive, honest, and capable of working under pressure.
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (D4) in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of working experience as a Logistics, Warehouse, or Purchasing Staff (highly preferred).
- Gender: Male (due to specific operational requirements of the job site).
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of the goods procurement flow, logistics distribution, and inventory management systems.
- Administrative Skills: Proficiency in administrative tasks, including accurate data entry and stock reporting.
- Soft Skills: Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams.
- Additional Assets: Possession of a valid Driver’s License (SIM A) is considered a distinct advantage.
