Job Responsibilities
As a Social Media Staff at PT Sukses Jinyoung Indonesia, you will be responsible for managing and developing our brand’s presence across various digital channels. Your daily tasks will include:
- Creating engaging, creative, and relevant content for social media platforms and online marketplaces.
- Managing product listings and promotional activities on Shopee and Tokopedia.
- Monitoring online sales performance and reporting results to the management team.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to support content and sales strategies.
- Optimizing media planning and social media tools to improve reach and engagement.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Responding to customer inquiries and comments on social media and e-commerce platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Female.
- At least 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Ability to create attractive and relevant content that resonates with target audiences.
- Solid understanding of online sales processes on Shopee and Tokopedia.
- Familiarity with content editing tools, digital marketing tools, digital sales reporting tools, market analysis tools, media optimization tools, media planning tools, and social media tools.
- Willing to be placed in Klaten.
- Strong communication skills, creativity, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Work Schedule and Environment
This is a full-time position with working days from Monday to Saturday, and working hours from 08:00 to 16:00. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team that values creativity and initiative. What We Offer
PT Sukses Jinyoung Indonesia offers a competitive salary range of IDR 2,500,000 to IDR 2,700,000 per month, along with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in e-commerce and social media marketing.
