Job Responsibilities

- Recruit and assist customers who wish to register for Hajj savings through the sharia bank.
- Approach employees and community members to open sharia bank accounts for payroll and savings purposes.
- Target MSME owners and traders to open sharia savings accounts and sign up for QRIS payment services.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, communities, and business partners.
- Meet sales targets set by the company within the assigned market area.
- Provide clear information and education to customers about sharia banking products and their benefits.
- Report sales activities and results to the supervisor on a regular basis.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 45 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with diverse customers.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willing to work in the field and travel within the designated market area.
- Familiarity with sharia banking products is an advantage, but not mandatory.
