Olympic Furniture Group is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Cirebon. Job Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed the sales targets set by the company on a consistent basis.
- Conduct regular visits to sales areas and actively sell Olympic Group furniture products in accordance with assigned targets.
- Provide clear explanations and deliver product presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and follow up regularly regarding ongoing promotions and product information.
- Manage the collection of overdue accounts receivable invoices to ensure timely payment in accordance with billing amounts.
- Analyze competitor activity and market conditions to identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to improve performance and support strategic decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/equivalent, D3, or S1 in any major.
- At least 1–2 years of work experience in sales (experience in furniture or FMCG is highly preferred).
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- Solid knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- High integrity and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Must possess a valid SIM C or SIM A driver’s license.
- Willing to be placed at Jl. Angkasa Raya No. 7A, Kalijaga, Harjamukti, Kota Cirebon.
