Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Promotor, you will play a central role in designing and executing the company’s sales and marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Developing sales and marketing strategies that cover digital (online) channels, retail (offline), B2B partnerships, and IO Sales.
- Managing team performance and overseeing daily sales operations to ensure targets are met consistently.
- Building partnerships and driving market expansion and product distribution across retail, supermarket, and distributor networks.
- Managing budgeting and conducting performance analysis to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for brand growth.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align promotional campaigns with overall business objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this position, candidates should demonstrate a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on sales execution, and strong leadership. The following qualifications are required:
- Minimum education of D3 in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (minimum SMA/SMK/equivalent may also be considered).
- At least 1–3 years of experience as a Sales & Marketing Leader in the FMCG, health beverage, consumer goods, or retail industry.
- Proven experience in digital marketing strategies, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Shop, and Shopee Live.
- An extensive network within retail, supermarkets, and B2B distributors.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively under sales targets.
- Fluency in data analysis and budgeting to ensure marketing strategies remain efficient and cost-effective.
- A creative, proactive attitude with a growth mindset and a genuine passion for developing brands.
- Customer service skills and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
- Maximum age of 30 years old. No gender restriction applies.
