Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Promotor, you will be the front line of Smartfren’s sales efforts in your assigned area. Your daily work will focus on promoting products and services directly to customers through mobile selling activities.
- Actively promote and sell Smartfren products and services to potential customers in the assigned area.
- Perform mobile selling by visiting various locations, communities, and potential customer points.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Provide clear information about products, promotions, and offers to help customers make informed decisions.
- Report daily sales activities and results to the supervisor.
- Maintain a professional and positive image of the Smartfren brand at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications
We welcome candidates from various backgrounds, including fresh graduates, as long as they are willing to learn and work hard. The following qualifications are required for this position:

- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Must own a mobile phone and a motorcycle.
- Willing to perform mobile selling and travel within the assigned area.
- Able to work with targets and under pressure.

- Placement will be based on the candidate’s domicile.
Work Schedule and Environment
This position follows a Monday to Saturday work schedule from 08:00 to 17:00. As a Sales Promotor, you will spend most of your time in the field rather than in an office, meeting customers and exploring sales opportunities in your assigned area. The role is dynamic and suited for individuals who enjoy an active working environment and direct interaction with the public.
