PT Swakarya Insan Mandiri is currently hiring a Sales Officer for the Parigi Moutong area in Central Sulawesi. Job Responsibilities
- Visit prospective customers to verify application data and explain customer rights and obligations in accordance with applicable financing regulations.
- Collect customer documents required for the credit process according to established credit procedures.
- Prepare survey result reports and submit them to the Head Surveyor.
- Remind customers regarding their installment payments.
- Carry out promotional activities such as marketing, direct selling, and selling.
- Ensure the credit document process complies with all applicable requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education of D3 or D4.
- Male candidates preferred.
- No maximum age limit.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing or sales.
- Must own a personal motorcycle and hold an active SIM C license.
- Must have SLIK OJK KOL 1 status (mandatory).
- Domiciled in Palembang and familiar with the placement area.
- Strong skills in needs analysis and negotiation.

- Basic salary based on the current year’s minimum wage (UMK).
- Communication allowance of IDR 150,000 per month.
- Incentives and operational incentives (attendance x opinion indicator x IDR 13,000).

Work Schedule
The working days are Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00. This schedule supports a productive field sales routine while allowing time for reporting and customer follow-ups.
