Adira Finance is a leading multifinance company in Indonesia, and we are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer Mobile to join our team in Gresik, East Java. As a Sales Officer Mobile, you will be responsible for promoting the company’s financing products, acquiring new customers, and ensuring a smooth credit application process from start to finish. Job Responsibilities
- Offer and promote the company’s financing products to both existing and new customers.
- Obtain orders from distribution channels and perform initial data collection.
- Verify and complete customer documents as well as credit applications.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications and communicate credit decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers about due dates, payment locations, and other important information they need to know.
- Build and maintain good relationships with dealers, customers, and business partners in the assigned area.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company within the designated territory.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education of D3 or D4 in any major.
- Maximum age of 29 years old.
- Open to fresh graduates; however, at least 1 year of experience in a similar field is a strong advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrates integrity, perseverance, thoroughness, and honesty.
- Must own a personal vehicle and hold an active driver’s license (SIM A or SIM C).
- Willing to work in a mobile capacity, covering the Gresik and surrounding areas.
- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
- Working hours: 08:00 to 16:00.
