PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (Adira Finance) is hiring a Sales Officer (Marketing) for placement in Sibuhuan. This is a field-based sales role focused on offering the company’s financing products to both existing and new customers, while ensuring every credit application is complete, verified, and properly monitored through to approval. The position is well suited to candidates who enjoy direct customer interaction, are target-oriented, and are ready to work in a structured schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 to 16:00.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote and offer the company’s products to existing and new customers.
- Secure orders from distribution channels and collect initial customer data.
- Verify and complete customer documents and credit applications accurately.
- Monitor application progress and communicate credit decisions to dealers and customers.
- Inform customers about due dates, payment locations, and other important information they need to know.
- Build and maintain good relationships with dealers, partners, and customers in the assigned area.
- Support sales targets by actively seeking new opportunities within the local market.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree), any major.
- Maximum age: 30 years old.
- Male candidates preferred, as stated in the job requirement.
- Open to fresh graduates; at least 1 year of experience in a similar field is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- High integrity, persistent, detail-oriented, and honest.
- Owns a personal vehicle and holds an active SIM A or SIM C driver’s license.
- Placement according to domicile (Sibuhuan area).
- Relevant skills: B2C sales management, interpersonal communication, sales-oriented mindset, selling ability, and understanding of sales targets.

- Competitive monthly salary in the range of IDR 2,500,000 to IDR 2,800,000.
