PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (Adira Finance) is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Officer Channeling to join its team in Sengkang, South Sulawesi. As a Sales Officer Channeling, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s financing business through various partner channels, including AXI agents, dealers, merchants, and other Adira Finance networks. Job Responsibilities
- Execute sales activities in accordance with the direction of the Sales Head Channeling to achieve set targets.
- Identify, expand, and maintain good relationships with new order sources from all partners, including AXI agents, dealers, durable goods merchants, and other Adira Finance channels.
- Process consumer credit applications by completing and verifying the completeness and validity of customer documents, as well as inputting initial data into the system.
- Conduct appraisal (taksasi) of units to be financed with the approval of the Sales Head Channeling.
- Carry out consumer survey assignments and input survey report results into the application system while adhering to applicable regulations and policies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) from any major.
- Maximum age: 30 years old.
- Gender: Male.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience, preferably in sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and sales-oriented skills.
- Proven ability to sell and meet sales targets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining partner relationships.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to verify documents accurately.
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00.
- Placement in Sengkang, South Sulawesi.
