The position offers a competitive salary between IDR 2,000,000 and IDR 2,500,000 per month, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday through Sunday. Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Merchandiser, your daily tasks will revolve around maintaining product quality, optimizing store displays, and supporting overall sales performance. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Checking product completeness by ensuring that all items have accurate pricing information, valid expiration dates, and undamaged packaging.
- Arranging product layouts strategically to attract consumer attention and maximize visibility on shelves.
- Analyzing market trends to identify which products are currently popular and in high demand among consumers.
- Executing promotional strategies by placing discounted or promotional products on special racks and adding promotional signage.
- Monitoring stock availability to ensure that products are neither overstocked nor understocked and remain suitable for sale.
- Preparing sales reports for supervisors to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Listening to customer complaints and feedback, and relaying relevant information to the appropriate parties.
- Collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that product promotions and services effectively boost sales.
- Ensuring timely product delivery by working closely with the purchasing or sales team to forecast, plan, and monitor inventory levels.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this Sales Merchandiser position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education level: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 40 years old.
