Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Counter Staff, your daily work will focus on delivering excellent customer service and driving sales at the counter or outlet. Your main responsibilities include:
- Serving customers at the counter or outlet professionally and courteously
- Offering products and actively conducting sales transactions
- Preparing daily sales reports accurately and on time
- Keeping product displays attractive, neat, and well-organized
- Building good relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits
- Supporting the overall sales targets of the branch
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Male or female, aged 18–30 years old
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Neat, well-groomed appearance
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Experience in sales or marketing is an added advantage
- Able to work with targets and under a results-oriented environment
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00

What We Offer
This position offers a competitive salary range of IDR 1,500,000 to IDR 3,500,000 per month, depending on experience and performance. This role is suitable for fresh graduates as well as candidates with some sales or marketing background.
