PT Aroma Parfum Abadi is looking for a driven and outgoing Sales Canvassing professional to join our team in the fragrance industry. This is a field-based sales role ideal for candidates who enjoy meeting people, building long-term customer relationships, and working toward clear sales targets. You will represent our fragrance products to shops, small and medium businesses (UMKM), and prospective customers, helping them find the right scents while growing our market presence. Job Responsibilities
- Conduct canvassing and regular visits to stores, UMKM, and prospective customers to promote company products.
- Explain product details, provide samples, and recommend fragrances that match customer needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat orders and long-term loyalty.
- Negotiate prices and close sales effectively to achieve individual and team targets.
- Meet monthly sales targets and report results regularly to the sales supervisor.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales; experience in the fragrance or cosmetics industry is preferred.
- Own a motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C driver’s license.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing and able to work in the field and achieve set targets.
- Open to all genders, with no maximum age limit.
- Basic skills in sales administration, sales analytics, sales coordination, and selling techniques are an advantage.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team.
