Job Responsibilities
As a Sales Agent (SPG/SPB) at PT Indodana Multi Finance, your daily activities will focus on customer engagement, product education, and achieving sales targets. Your main responsibilities include:
- Approaching potential customers to provide clear and accurate information about Indodana Paylater products and services.
- Actively selling Indodana Paylater products to prospective customers in various sales environments.
- Delivering excellent customer service by explaining product features, benefits, and advantages of using Indodana Paylater.
- Assisting customers with the application process, including filling out required forms and ensuring all data is complete and accurate.
- Reporting daily sales results to supervisors in a timely and organized manner.
- Achieving individual and team acquisition targets set by the company.
- Maintaining a professional and attractive appearance that reflects the company’s brand image.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat usage and referrals.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this Sales Agent position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education level of SMA/SMK or equivalent (high school graduate).
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Open to all genders.
