Job Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Server at Cap Lapan Kuda, you will be the face of the dining experience, ensuring every guest feels welcome and well taken care of. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests warmly and escorting them to their tables
- Presenting menus and providing clear information about food and beverage offerings
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and relaying them to the kitchen and bar team
- Serving food and beverages promptly and in line with service standards
- Checking on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handling guest questions, requests, and complaints politely and professionally
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of tables, chairs, and the dining area
- Preparing tables for new guests, including setting cutlery, glassware, and napkins
- Processing payments and issuing receipts accurately
- Coordinating with kitchen and fellow service staff to keep service running smoothly
- Following food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this Restaurant Server position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Male or female applicants are welcome (all genders)
- Maximum age of 28 years old
- Minimum education level: SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
