Job Responsibilities
As a Remedial Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining the company’s financial health by ensuring that overdue accounts receivable are handled properly and collected in a timely manner. Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing and taking responsibility for the timely execution of collection activities for overdue accounts receivable (A/R Overdue).
- Contacting customers with outstanding obligations through phone calls, messages, and field visits to remind them of payment schedules and due dates.
- Negotiating repayment arrangements and settlement options that are fair to both the customer and the company.
- Monitoring payment progress on assigned accounts and following up consistently until the accounts are resolved.
- Documenting all collection activities, customer communications, and payment commitments accurately in the company’s system.
- Working toward individual and team collection targets set by the branch and the company.
- Coordinating with related teams, such as marketing and branch operations, to resolve customer issues that affect repayment.
- Escalating problematic accounts according to company procedures while maintaining professionalism and compliance with applicable regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this Remedial Officer position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education of D3 or S1/D4 in any major.
- Open to fresh graduates with no prior work experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar collection or remedial role is a strong advantage.
- Maximum age of 31 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- Understanding of the multifinance business process and a strong orientation toward targets.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
- High integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Willing to work in the field and be placed at Adira Finance branch offices according to the candidate’s domicile.
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00.
