PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (Adira Finance) is seeking a dedicated Remedial Collection Officer to join its team in Sei Rampah. Job Responsibilities
- Manage and take responsibility for the timely execution of accounts receivable (A/R) overdue collection activities
- Visit customers directly to conduct collection efforts and resolve outstanding payments
- Assist the branch in handling problematic partners and resolving collection-related issues
- Achieve collection targets set by the company on a consistent basis
- Monitor credit accounts and ensure compliance with established collection processes
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Maximum age: 29 years old
- Male candidates preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar collection or remedial role is a strong advantage
- Understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong target-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation abilities and high integrity
- Persistent, detail-oriented, and honest
- Placement will be based on the candidate’s domicile

Work Schedule and Environment
This position follows a Monday to Saturday work schedule from 08:00 to 17:00. As a Remedial Collection Officer, you will spend a significant portion of your time in the field visiting customers, combined with administrative work at the branch office. The role requires a high level of discipline, time management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
