PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (Adira Finance) is opening an opportunity for a Relationship Officer to join its branch team in Sangatta, Kalimantan. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working directly with customers, are comfortable with sales targets, and want to build a career in the multifinance industry. As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for marketing vehicle financing products, both through direct face-to-face meetings and by phone, while managing the distribution channels available to you. You will also conduct surveys on prospective consumers to support the financing approval process.
Job Responsibilities
- Market vehicle financing products directly to prospective customers and through telephone communication.
- Manage and optimize the available distribution channels to reach potential consumers effectively.
- Conduct surveys and field verification of prospective consumers as part of the financing assessment process.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, dealers, and other business partners.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the branch’s overall financing growth.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide clear information about financing products and requirements.
- Prepare and submit accurate reports related to marketing and survey activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education of D3 or D4 in any major.
- Male candidates, with a maximum age of 30 years old.
- Open to fresh graduates; however, at least 1 year of experience in a similar field is a strong advantage.
- Understanding of the multifinance business process and a strong orientation toward targets.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrates integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Sales-oriented mindset with solid selling and sales management skills.
- Willing to be placed at an Adira Finance branch according to domicile.
Work Schedule and Placement
This position follows a working schedule from Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 16:00. Placement will be at an Adira Finance branch in accordance with the candidate’s domicile, including the Sangatta area in Kalimantan. Candidates who live in or near Sangatta and are familiar with the local market are encouraged to apply, as knowledge of the surrounding community can be a valuable asset in building customer relationships and identifying financing opportunities.
