Lembaga Les Privat Nasional is currently seeking a dedicated Private Economics Tutor for Junior High School students in Grobogan. This is an excellent opportunity for female educators who are passionate about teaching and want to help students build a strong foundation in economics at the junior high school level. As part of a national tutoring institution, you will play a key role in supporting students’ academic growth through personalized and engaging instruction.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver private economics tutoring sessions to junior high school students in accordance with the national curriculum and the institution’s teaching guidelines.
- Prepare and organize lesson materials, teaching aids, and practice exercises tailored to each student’s learning needs and pace.
- Assess students’ understanding through regular evaluations, quizzes, and assignments, and provide constructive feedback to support their progress.
- Develop engaging and interactive teaching methods to maintain students’ interest and motivation in learning economics.
- Monitor and document each student’s academic development and communicate progress to parents or guardians when required.
- Maintain a positive, supportive, and disciplined learning environment during every session.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and supervisors to improve teaching quality and share best practices.
- Manage administrative tasks related to tutoring activities, including attendance records and student progress reports.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Female candidates only, as specified by the institution’s hiring policy.
- Minimum education of D3 or D4 (Diploma) in Economics, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience in teaching or tutoring is preferred, though fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong teaching skills with the ability to explain economic concepts clearly and effectively to junior high school students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for preparing materials and managing administrative tasks.
- High motivation and a genuine passion for education and student development.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
