PT Cipta Kreasisandang Mandiri (OSELLA) is a growing apparel company based in Penjaringan, North Jakarta, and is currently looking for a dedicated PPIC Supervisor to join its production team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production planning and inventory control professional who wants to take on a supervisory role in a dynamic garment manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring that production runs on schedule, raw materials are available when needed, and finished goods reach the warehouse on time.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure production planning runs according to plan in terms of both quantity and lead time by taking into account product demand, production capacity, delivery planning, warehouse capacity, and other factors that significantly affect on-time and on-plan production.
- Schedule production processes based on the availability of raw materials, production capacity, and production lead times from each production vendor and other sub-contractors.
- Monitor and evaluate the readiness of raw materials for production based on previously prepared production plans.
- Analyze production output and the usage of garment raw materials and accessories, and maintain stable stock levels in the warehouse.
- Supervise the production process from sample creation through to shipment of finished goods to the company.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and sub-contractors to resolve production issues and keep schedules on track.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Merchandiser Production / Merchandiser Development, with hands-on experience handling production processes for local apparel brands.
- Strong understanding of the garment production flow, from purchasing raw materials (fabric and accessories) through to delivery from the factory or convection workshop to the warehouse.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel and able to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Capable of supervising the production process from sample making through to shipment of finished goods to the company.
- Willing to work in the Penjaringan area, North Jakarta.
- Basic database administration skills are an advantage.

PT Cipta Kreasisandang Mandiri (OSELLA) offers a competitive salary for this position, ranging from IDR 2,300,000 to IDR 7,000,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
