Apotek Agus Salim is seeking a dedicated and friendly Pharmacy Staff member to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in pharmacy who enjoy working in a customer-facing healthcare environment. As a Pharmacy Staff member, you will play an important role in ensuring that customers receive the right medications and helpful guidance while maintaining the smooth daily operations of the pharmacy.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their medication needs and provide basic information about pharmaceutical products.
- Manage and organize medicine stock, including proper storage and monitoring of expiry dates.
- Support the dispensing process under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- Operate computer systems for inventory recording, sales transactions, and stock monitoring.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pharmacy area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Provide friendly and responsive service to all customers.
- Handle cash and payment transactions accurately.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a graduate of SMK Farmasi (Pharmacy Vocational School).
- No minimum experience required — fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- No age limit.
- Basic understanding of pharmacy, medication management, and drug monitoring systems.
- Ability to operate a computer and pharmacy software.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Friendly, sociable, and customer-oriented personality.
- Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented.
