Sozo Skin Clinic is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Manado. As a Pharmacy Assistant at Sozo Skin Clinic, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinical operations by ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of medications and treatments while delivering an outstanding experience to every patient.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding products and available treatments at the clinic.
- Assist customers throughout the registration and payment process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Compound therapeutic medications and ensure precise measurements in accordance with established standards.
- Explain medication usage clearly and accurately to patients, including dosage, timing, and any necessary precautions.
- Handle patient complaints related to oral and injectable medications and prepare ESO (Efek Samping Obat / Adverse Drug Reaction) reports when required.
- Maintain proper records of therapeutic medication usage as well as patients’ oral medication consumption.
- Monitor and manage drug stock through regular stock opname activities and oversee the distribution of medications within the clinic.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Maximum age of 30 years old.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy is mandatory.
- Possess an active Surat Tanda Registrasi Tenaga Teknik Kefarmasian (STRTTK) in accordance with your domicile.
- Hold a valid Kartu Tanda Anggota PAFI (Indonesian Pharmacist Association membership card).
- Possess a Competency Certificate (Sertifikat Kompetensi).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar pharmacy or clinical role.
- Strong willingness and ability to learn new skills and knowledge.
- Service-oriented mindset with a genuine commitment to patient satisfaction.
- Good service ethics and the ability to coordinate stock management effectively.
Work Schedule
This position follows a work schedule from Monday to Sunday, with working hours from 09:00 to 20:00. Candidates should be prepared to work within a shift-based arrangement in line with clinic operational needs.
