Job Responsibilities
As an Outlet Crew member at Cimol Bojot AA, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the outlet. Your main duties include:
- Carrying out daily outlet operations in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Welcoming, serving, and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Preparing and serving food products according to company standards
- Maintaining the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall presentation of the outlet
- Managing stock and ensuring ingredients and supplies are sufficient for daily operations
- Handling cash and payment transactions accurately
- Preparing daily sales and operational reports
- Working six days a week with one day off, following the outlet shift schedule
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent
- Maximum age: 40 years old
- Open to all genders
- At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in food service, retail, or a similar customer-facing role
- Must own a personal motorcycle and be willing to use it for work-related mobility
- Presentable appearance and a professional attitude
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta and surrounding areas, including North Jakarta
- Available to work according to outlet operating hours, approximately 11:00 to 22:00

What We Offer
