Job Responsibilities
As an Online Marketing Specialist at Lafarew Frozen Food, you will play a key role in promoting our products and expanding our customer base through various online channels. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing effective online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Managing and optimizing social media platforms, e-commerce listings, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Creating engaging content that resonates with target audiences and encourages customer interaction.
- Communicating directly with customers through online channels to address inquiries, gather feedback, and build lasting relationships.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborating with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales targets and promotional activities.
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies.
