Job Responsibilities
- Recruit high-quality agents with strong potential for success.
- Activate and train newly recruited agents so they can quickly become productive.
- Ensure sales targets are achieved through effective marketing and sales strategies.
- Maintain agent retention and loyalty to prevent them from moving to competitors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and consumers.
- Analyze sales data to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (a background or interest in Marketing and Relationship Management is preferred).
- Age between 18 and 35 years old.
- No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or agency is preferred, especially in the multifinance or banking industry.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets, particularly in financing products such as multipurpose loans with car BPKB collateral.
- Strong skills in recruiting, coaching, and retaining agents using effective strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to build relationships with agents and consumers.
- Strong negotiation skills to strengthen collaboration with agents.
- Good time management skills to maximize productivity.
- Ability to read and analyze sales data for strategic decisions.
- Proactive and initiative-driven, actively seeking solutions and opportunities without waiting for instructions.
- Leadership qualities to motivate agents in achieving targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet high targets.
- Must own a personal vehicle (motorcycle or car) and possess a valid driver’s license (SIM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and presentations.
- A wide network in sales or multifinance is an added advantage.

What We Offer
