Job Responsibilities
As a Mandarin Teacher at BRCC Indonesia, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality Chinese language instruction to students of various ages and proficiency levels. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Teaching Mandarin language classes in accordance with the BRCC curriculum and teaching standards
- Preparing lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities that are engaging and effective
- Assessing student progress through quizzes, tests, and classroom participation
- Providing constructive feedback to students and supporting their language development
- Creating a positive, interactive, and motivating learning environment
- Participating in teacher training sessions and professional development programs
- Collaborating with fellow teachers and academic staff on curriculum improvements
- Supporting BRCC and Tutoravel projects, including cultural events and camp programs
- Being willing to be assigned to different cities based on operational needs
Requirements and Qualifications
BRCC Indonesia is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field
- Minimum HSK Level 4 certification and HSKK Intermediate level
- Fluent in Mandarin, with sufficient proficiency in Indonesian or English
- Open to all genders
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; no prior teaching experience required
- A genuine passion for teaching and working with students
- Willing to be placed in cities according to company needs
- Additional cultural skills such as Chinese music or traditions are a strong advantage
- Teaching skill development and Mandarin language proficiency are key competencies for this role
