Job Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions on Shopee Live and TikTok Live with positive energy and engaging communication.
- Explain products clearly, attractively, and persuasively to improve conversion and sales.
- Keep the live atmosphere lively, maintain interaction with viewers, and encourage the audience to check out.
- Collaborate with the Content and Marketplace teams to prepare scripts, live concepts, and product highlights.
- Prepare all pre-live needs, including product setup, stock and promo checks, and ensuring the live appearance is neat and presentable.
- Answer audience questions in real time with accurate information.
- Evaluate live performance (viewers, interaction, sales) and provide feedback for improvement.
- Assist in creating short-form content such as product demos or reviews when needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates preferred, in line with the role’s requirements.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Confident speaking in front of the camera and able to build natural interaction with viewers.
- Understanding of how Shopee Live and TikTok Live/TikTok Shop work and their features.
- Communicative, energetic, and able to maintain an attractive live vibe.
- Accustomed to working with broadcast hour targets and sales targets.
- Willing to work shifts, including live schedules at certain hours such as evenings or weekends when required.
- Strong persuasion and product storytelling skills.
- Adaptability, teamwork, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in home and living retail, with an understanding of product characteristics and selling points.
- Previous experience as a live host on Shopee or TikTok.
What We Offer
This position offers a competitive salary between IDR 3,300,000 and IDR 3,500,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in the fast-growing live commerce space. You will collaborate with creative content and marketplace teams, gain hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms, and develop your skills in live hosting, sales, and audience engagement. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00, with shift flexibility required for certain live schedules.
