Job Responsibilities
As a Live Streamer & Social Media Admin Intern, you will be responsible for a mix of on-camera and behind-the-scenes tasks that support KitaLulus’ digital engagement strategy. Your daily work will involve hosting live streaming sessions, managing social media accounts, and ensuring that our online content remains consistent and engaging for our audience.
- Host and present live streaming sessions across various platforms, delivering content in an engaging and professional manner.
- Plan and prepare live streaming schedules, scripts, and supporting materials in coordination with the content team.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, including posting content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and HR teams to align live streaming and social media activities with company goals.
- Analyze audience engagement metrics and provide feedback to improve future live sessions and social media campaigns.
- Support recruitment-related content initiatives by understanding HR needs and communicating them effectively through live and social channels.
- Ensure all live streaming production elements, such as lighting, audio, and visuals, meet quality standards.
- Assist in brainstorming and executing creative ideas to grow our social media presence and viewer base.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this Live Streamer & Social Media Admin Intern position, candidates must meet the following qualifications. We are looking for someone who is confident on camera, organized, and eager to develop their skills in live broadcasting and social media administration.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in live streaming, social media management, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated skills in live streaming and understanding of live streaming production.
- Familiarity with HR needs analysis and recruitment skills is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable appearing on camera regularly.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
