As a Live Host, you will be the face of our brand during live streaming sessions, showcasing our latest daster (house dress) collections to a wide online audience. Job Responsibilities
- Host live streaming sessions on platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, and Instagram for a duration of approximately 3 hours per session.
- Present and demonstrate Daster Hits Malang products in an engaging, informative, and persuasive manner to drive viewer engagement and sales.
- Interact actively with viewers by responding to comments, questions, and requests in real time during live sessions.
- Create a fun, lively, and welcoming atmosphere that encourages viewers to stay, participate, and make purchases.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop creative concepts and scripts for each live session.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and trending topics to deliver relevant and compelling content.
- Maintain a professional yet approachable on-camera presence that aligns with the brand image of Daster Hits Malang.
- Provide feedback and insights from live sessions to help improve future broadcasts and sales strategies.
Job Requirements
- Male or female candidates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; however, experience in live hosting, sales, or customer engagement is a strong advantage.
- Must be confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging concepts for live sessions.
- Ability to work part-time with a 3-hour shift per day.
- Available to work Monday through Saturday, with one day off per week (excluding Sunday).
- Working hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (flexible within the part-time schedule).
- Passionate about fashion, lifestyle, and online selling.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
