Job Responsibilities

- Drafting, reviewing, and verifying the completeness of creditor contracts and agreements to ensure legal accuracy and compliance.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law from a reputable university.
- Male candidates are preferred for this role.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a legal role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of civil law and commercial law, with a solid understanding of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) regulations.
- Proven ability to draft and analyze legal contracts and agreements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with strong analytical thinking.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and highly responsible in handling legal matters.
- Friendly, professional personality with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A or SIM C).
