As a KOL Specialist, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to drive brand awareness and engagement. The position offers a competitive salary range of Rp1,500,000 to Rp6,000,000 and is ideal for candidates based in Solo and the surrounding areas who are eager to grow in the dynamic field of influencer partnerships.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and approach potential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers who align with the company’s brand and target market.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and their management teams.
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from negotiation and briefing to content review and performance reporting.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and market segmentation to ensure campaigns remain relevant and effective.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align KOL activities with broader marketing and promotional strategies.
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer partnerships, providing regular reports and insights.
- Handle administrative tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Forms, and Spreadsheet applications.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Female, single, with a maximum age of 25 years.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
- Open to both experienced candidates and fresh graduates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Forms, and Spreadsheet.
- Up-to-date with social media trends and market segmentation.
- Honest, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must own a personal vehicle.
- Creative, innovative, proactive, and communicative.
- Preferably domiciled in Solo or the surrounding areas.
- Skills in influencer partnership and relationship management are highly valued.
