Job Responsibilities
As a member of our kitchen crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering quality service to our customers. Your responsibilities may include:
- Preparing ingredients and assisting in cooking processes according to company standards
- Operating kitchen equipment safely and maintaining cleanliness at all times
- Handling cashier duties, including processing orders and managing payments accurately
- Maintaining food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Assisting with stock checking and reporting any shortages to supervisors
- Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours
- Following health and safety regulations in the kitchen area
- Supporting other team members as needed to meet daily targets
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Age between 18 and 30 years old
- Open to all genders (male candidates for Cook/Helper roles, female candidates for Cashier/Cook/Helper roles)
- No prior experience required; however, experience in a similar field is preferred
- Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible
- Able to work under pressure and within a team
- Possess a strong service attitude and high initiative
- Willing to work in a shift system and during public holidays
- Preferably domiciled in Cilacap
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment is an advantage
