Les Privat E-Bi Nganjuk is currently seeking a dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join its tutoring team in Balonggebang. Job Responsibilities
As a Kindergarten Teacher at Les Privat E-Bi Nganjuk, you will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons that suit the developmental needs of young children. Your daily tasks will include:
- Teaching kindergarten-level material in a fun, interactive, and age-appropriate manner.
- Preparing and organizing learning activities, materials, and simple teaching aids before each session.
- Guiding students in developing basic academic skills, social skills, and good habits.
- Creating a warm, safe, and encouraging learning environment for every child.
- Monitoring and evaluating each student’s progress and reporting it to parents or guardians when needed.
- Adapting teaching methods to match each child’s pace, character, and learning style.
- Maintaining discipline and classroom management while keeping lessons enjoyable.
- Coordinating with the tutoring center and fellow tutors to ensure consistent teaching quality.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic about early childhood education and committed to providing high-quality tutoring services. The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Education, or currently pursuing a degree in an education-related field.
- Teaching experience relevant to the field of study is preferred.
- Strong command of the subjects being taught at the kindergarten level.
- Disciplined, punctual, and responsible in carrying out teaching duties.
- Friendly, patient, and caring toward young students.
- Creative and innovative in designing learning activities.
- Good communication skills, both with students and parents.
- Preferably domiciled near the students’ location in Balonggebang.
- Available to teach on Fridays and Saturdays at 16:00.
- Willing to work within the operating days of Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
- Additional skills in teaching skill development, ethics education, and team communication are highly valued.
What We Offer
This position provides a competitive salary ranging from Rp1,500,000 to Rp5,500,000 per month, depending on your qualifications and teaching schedule.
