Job Responsibilities
As a Housekeeping Supervisor at PT Dutagriya Sarana, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the housekeeping team and ensuring that all areas under your supervision meet the company’s cleanliness and quality standards. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the daily tasks of housekeeping staff to ensure all cleaning duties are completed on schedule.
- Inspecting rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure they meet established cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Creating and managing work schedules for housekeeping personnel.
- Monitoring the use of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensuring proper maintenance and inventory control.
- Providing training, guidance, and motivation to housekeeping team members to improve performance and service quality.
- Handling complaints or issues related to housekeeping services and resolving them promptly.
- Preparing reports on housekeeping activities and performance using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Coordinating with other departments to support overall operational needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this Housekeeping Supervisor position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a Diploma (D3) is preferred.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the company.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and administrative tasks.
- Strong communication ethics and the ability to lead and work within a team.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
