Job Responsibilities
As a High School English Tutor at Bimbingan Belajar Global Sinergi, you will play a vital role in shaping students’ academic success and language proficiency. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging English lessons to high school students in both individual and group settings
- Developing and implementing effective teaching strategies that align with the national curriculum
- Preparing lesson plans, teaching materials, and practice exercises tailored to students’ needs
- Assessing student progress through regular evaluations and providing constructive feedback
- Helping students improve their grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and speaking skills
- Preparing students for school examinations, standardized tests, and English proficiency assessments
- Maintaining a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages student participation
- Communicating regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and areas for improvement
- Collaborating with fellow tutors to share best practices and improve teaching methods
- Keeping accurate records of attendance, lesson coverage, and student performance
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this High School English Tutor position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in English Education, English Literature, or a related field
- Current university students in at least their third semester (semester 3) are also welcome to apply
- A genuine passion for education and a strong desire to help students succeed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must own a personal vehicle for commuting between locations
- Must be domiciled in Magelang City or Magelang Regency
