Kopinan 24 is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Head Store Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our food and beverage outlet. As the Head Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that every aspect of the store runs smoothly, from managing staff schedules and maintaining inventory accuracy to upholding the highest standards of product quality and service excellence.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of managing store operations effectively. You will be responsible for overseeing a team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring that all standard operating procedures are consistently followed. This role requires someone who is proactive, disciplined, and capable of making sound decisions under pressure while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of store staff, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, receiving, and minimizing shrinkage.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate daily sales reconciliation.
- Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and enforce company SOPs related to service, hygiene, safety, and product quality.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare operational reports using Microsoft Office/Excel and POS system data.
- Collaborate with management on promotions, new product launches, and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK (a background in Hospitality or a related field is a plus).
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor, Store Leader, or Head Store in the F&B or retail industry.
- Solid understanding of store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, COGS, and service SOPs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work towards sales targets and uphold service excellence standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with POS systems.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, honest, and results-driven.
- Willing to work Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
