Novus Jiva Villa Resort & Spa is looking for a friendly, professional, and guest-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a warm and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. This position is ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience in a similar hotel or resort role who enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Job Responsibilities
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service at the front desk while supporting the daily operations of the resort. Your main duties will include:
- Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and managing the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Managing room reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately.
- Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Processing payments, handling cash and card transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area at all times.
- Supporting other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about hospitality and committed to providing outstanding service. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position at a hotel or resort.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly motivated, creative, and innovative with a strong focus on results and guest satisfaction.
- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and a strong team player.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Open to all genders.
