Global Teknologi Niaga, operating under Blibli OMG — one of Blibli’s business units focused on distribution — is currently seeking a detail-oriented Finance Staff to join its depot team in Cirebon. This is a full-time opportunity for a finance or accounting professional who enjoys hands-on financial operations, from handling invoices and petty cash to managing payables and receivables. Job Responsibilities
As a Finance Staff at the Cirebon depot, you will take ownership of day-to-day financial transactions and reporting. Your main responsibilities include:
- Preparing invoices, purchase payments, and petty cash records
- Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Performing bank reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records
- Preparing payments to vendors, suppliers, and dealers, and ensuring all payments are made on time
- Preparing cash flow projections and reporting them to the principal
- Coordinating with admin, sales, cashier, and other related parties within the depot
- Handling other reporting requirements as advised from time to time
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related finance or accounting position
- Experienced and familiar with Microsoft Excel or any finance/accounting system
- Strong initiative and good communication skills
- Willing to be placed at the depot in Cirebon

Work Schedule and Environment
This position follows a Monday to Saturday work schedule, from 09:00 to 17:00. As part of a distribution depot team, you will work closely with colleagues across administrative, sales, and cashier functions, making collaboration and clear communication essential to your daily work.
What We Offer
The role offers a competitive salary range of IDR 4,800,000 to IDR 6,000,000 per month, along with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in distribution finance within one of Indonesia’s leading e-commerce ecosystems.
