Job Responsibilities
As a Finance and Accounting Staff member, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the finance department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Recording daily financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting entries
- Performing bank reconciliations and verifying financial data against company records
- Processing sales data and preparing related financial administration reports
- Assisting with tax administration, including e-billing and e-filing processes
- Preparing and organizing financial documents, invoices, and supporting records
- Supporting monthly and periodic financial reporting activities
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of company financial data
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure complete and accurate financial information
Requirements and Qualifications
We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds, from recent graduates to early-career professionals. To be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Tax is an advantage
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet applications
- Experience with accounting software or financial systems is a plus
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation, sales data processing, and financial administration
- Knowledge of or experience with tax e-billing and e-filing is an advantage
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and good problem-solving ability
- High integrity and the ability to safeguard confidential company data
- Certifications such as Brevet Pajak, CA, or Ak are considered a plus
- Maximum age of 32 years, open to all genders

Work Schedule and Environment
This is a full-time position with working days from Monday to Friday and working hours from 07:55 to 17:05.
