Job Responsibilities
As a Field Collector, your primary responsibility will be to manage the collection of outstanding payments from customers within your assigned territory in Wonosobo. You will be the face of Kredivo in the field, requiring professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
- Conduct field collection activities by visiting customers at their homes or workplaces to collect outstanding payments.
- Collect payments directly from consumers and ensure all transactions are processed accurately and securely.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily visit reports, including payment statuses and customer feedback.
- Achieve the monthly targets and performance metrics set by the management.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to all company policies and legal regulations during collection activities.
- Communicate effectively with customers to negotiate payment terms and resolve any issues related to their accounts.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and possess the necessary skills to handle the challenges of field collection work.
- Minimum education of SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male, with an age range between 18 and 40 years old.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience; candidates with at least 2 years of experience as a collector are strongly preferred.
- Must own a valid motorcycle and possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving license).
- Good knowledge of the Wonosobo area and surrounding regions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Active communication skills and proficiency in area mapping.
- Strong understanding of cost negotiation and debt collection processes.
