PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk (Adira Finance) is seeking a dedicated Field Collection Officer to join its Mitra Collection Back End (MCBE) team in Banda Aceh, specifically for the Teuku Umar area. Job Responsibilities
- Manage and take responsibility for the timely execution of collection activities for overdue accounts receivable (A/R).
- Visit customers directly to conduct collection efforts and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist the branch in handling problematic partner accounts and resolving collection issues.
- Achieve collection targets set by the company on a consistent basis.
- Perform unit withdrawals from customers with problematic accounts in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex collection cases.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Open to candidates with no prior experience; entry-level applicants are welcome.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Male candidates preferred, in line with the operational requirements of this field-based role.

- Understanding of the multifinance business process and a strong target-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrates integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Possession of an SPPI Card (Sertifikasi Profesi Penagihan Indonesia) is a plus and will be considered an added advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and conduct field visits within the assigned area.
- Basic skills in credit monitoring, credit processes, and debt collection procedures are beneficial.
Work Schedule and Environment
This position offers flexible working hours to accommodate field collection activities. The working days run from Monday to Sunday, with standard hours from 08:00 to 16:00. As a Field Collection Officer, you will spend significant time visiting customers and operating in the Teuku Umar area of Banda Aceh, engaging directly with clients and supporting branch-level collection operations.
