Job Responsibilities
As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction to students across various grade levels. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging English language lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
- Developing students’ reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills through varied and interactive teaching methods.
- Preparing and administering assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding.
- Providing constructive feedback and additional support to students who need extra assistance.
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and motivating classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Incorporating Islamic values and principles into daily teaching practices where appropriate.
- Collaborating with fellow teachers and staff to develop teaching materials and improve instructional strategies.
- Participating in professional development programs and school activities organized by the foundation.
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.
- Communicating regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance and development.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this English Teacher position, candidates must meet the following general qualifications:
- Muslim and follows the Ahlussunnah wal Jama’ah teachings.
- Fluent in reading the Al Quran and Arabic script.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/equivalent for general requirements.
- For teaching and educational staff positions: Bachelor’s degree (S-1) with a minimum GPA of 3.50.
- Possess a recent TOEFL or TOAFL score of at least 450.
- Diploma or certificate relevant to the required qualifications.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior teaching experience required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Teaching skills development capability and willingness to grow professionally.

Work Schedule
