Job Responsibilities
As a Door Installation Technician Helper, your daily tasks will revolve around supporting door installation activities from preparation through completion. You will work closely with technicians, sales support, and customers to ensure that installations run smoothly and on schedule.
- Perform door installation according to established work guidelines and safety standards.
- Maintain, clean, and care for all tools and work equipment to ensure they remain in good working condition.
- Coordinate with sales support and customers to schedule and confirm installation appointments.
- Report door dismantling and installation activities regularly and periodically to supervisors.
- Follow and uphold the company’s work culture, rules, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist with loading and unloading of materials and equipment as needed.
- Ensure the work area is kept clean, organized, and safe throughout the installation process.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and demonstrate the practical skills required for door installation work.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Gender: Male.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- No maximum age limit — candidates of all ages are welcome to apply.
- Familiar with and able to use hand tools and construction equipment, including measuring tools, cutting tools, carpentry tools, and mixing and casting tools.
- Comfortable communicating directly with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Willing to travel out of town for deliveries and installation assignments.
- Understanding of loading and unloading processes for construction materials.
- Knowledge of construction materials and construction tools.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor in various field conditions.
- Disciplined, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule
